Our appointment times vary depending on the service and extensions requested. We will provide an estimated time frame during your consultation. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment time.

At our salon, we have a policy of no extra persons allowed at your hair appointment. We also require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit ensures that we reserve enough time for your appointment and that we can accommodate other clients effectively. The remaining payment is due in cash at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATIOn policy

Thank you for booking an appointment with our luxury hair extension studio. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

In order to provide our clients with the best possible service, we have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee helps to compensate our stylists for their time and ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate those situations. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
